David Lohr has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and mentor to more than 75 start-up businesses across three business incubation programs.  He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on technology commercialization and venture formation.  He is past chairman of the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA).  He received RichTech’s 2008 IBM Technology Leadership Award and VCU's 2012 Douglas Wilder Excellence in Virginia Government Award for Public Private Partnerships.
